iPad Does iPad4 improve airplay lag?

I just got an apple TV last week and I noticed that when playing games and airplaying (mirroring), it's a little laggy, and that the mirroring has a delay. Do these experiences improve with the new faster chip in the iPad 4?

On my ipad, I got 20.5mbps download and 12.39 upload. Is that good?

Yes, it goes from ~65 Mbit to ~150 Mbit, and it feels a little faster. But Not really a lot, because Apple tv itself is still limited to the slow ~65mbit, unless on ethernet (~100 mbit). So it is better but I can still see lag and delays

I notice the lag the most when playing games,don't really think the iPad 4 would fix that issue
