I'm unclear on this. Does the 2.0 iPhone support full encryption of all data on the device?

If not, is this planned?

If not, this kills the iPhone for use at my company.

There's been no announcement either way so at the moment I'd guess the answer is no. It could be added at a later stage I guess, but, again, nothing has been announced

No. The iPhone cannot operating on an encrypted filesystem. As far as I know, there are no phones that can operate on an encrypted filesystem. Your needs will not be met by any current phones on the market.
