There is a hole at the top of iPhone 4/4s used as secondary mic for noise cancellation.

Obviously, it works when holding the handset to your ear, but does it work when you attach a wired headset or wireless? How about jawbone noise cancellation? Does it use both the iPhone and its own cancellation?

Wonder if i should avoid putting the iPhone in my pocket while using the headset or not.
