Does iPhone 5 have improved image stabilization when taking Photos?

Im curious to whether there has been any improvement to the image stabilization when taking photos. It was always easy to get blurry photos on the iphone 4 and 4s, and was wondering if the has been improved on the 5. Anyone notice any difference?

It's worse. Unless Im outside in tons of light I get major motion blur with the 5

It actually has great stabilization, and because the iPhone 5 has a 20% drop in weight it is technically a pretty big deal since dropping the weight of a camera lowers stability.

i dont know about taking photos, but when i shoot videos while walking and moving, the result is much smoother movement than in the 4S.

Same here, so frustrating.

I feel like photos have less jitter and video is a lot more stable.
