Does iPhone 8 come with headphone adaptor?

Yes this was since the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus.

Nope. I doubt we'll ever see an iPhone with a headphone jack again.

EDIT: It does include EarPods with the Lightning connector and the headphone adapter.

No. Neither of those make sense for Apple to ship them with the phone—the headphone jack especially.

It's not very much feasible for Apple to release the AirPods 2, when they are finally obtaining stock regularly with the AirPods and they have not even been out one year yet. The AirPods 2 will likely be out in 2018, but I don't see why Apple would launch a second version when the first version was still being backordered almost 2 weeks ago.
