iPhone 14 Pro Does Iphone direct transfer transfer bluetooth devices

As the topic says does the direct transfer from an older Iphone to the the iphone 14 transfer bluetooth devices or do I have resetup carplay and everything else?

IIRC it will preserve your Apple bluetooth devices as they're stored in your iCloud profile. i.e. AirPods. Other bluetooth devices such as cars, speakers, etc. will need to be re-paired.
