want to get rid of the shock absorbent phone case but some impact in daily life is unavoidable. I am not the kind who buys new phone every year, not even every two or three years. As a result, this consideration should be taken more seriously

The biggest weakness of the iPhone 12/13 is the BACK glass. Front glass is strong as hell (But still scratches). Steel or aluminum band is strong. It is the glass in the back that cracks easily with a fall. (The camera lens itself are pretty strong too.)

In fact, personally I am not too concerned about the cosmetic, I don't even bother checking for scratches on the phone body, but I'm more worried if impact would be bad to the inner electronic components so the phone will last shorter

If you don't really care about cosmetic damage, it means that the iPhone's appearance is not a priority for you, so why not keep that case on anyway, in order to play it more safe?

Usually people who want to go naked, do it because they want to enjoy the beauty of their device and feel its materials, so they take the risk to leave it without a case.

If that specific case makes the device feel too bulky and heavy, you can always buy another type, that will at least offer some protection.

I agree with the statement that the back glass is more fragile and sensitive compared to the rest of the phone and I have held iPhones with severely shattered back glasses. Trust me, they do not feel comfortable in hand, so for me, it's more than just inner electronic compoments damage that you need to take into consideration...

I'm afraid you are making things complicated. I only wish to know if going without a case will impact the phone body a lot more so the phone will last shorter....

There's no definitive answer to that question. The answer is "Maybe".

I usually keep my iPhones for at least 2 years (if not longer) and they get a lot of rough treatment, so I always use a case and screen protector. It's not a chance I'm willing to take.

using a case makes regular cleaning really a mess. removing grease and dirt on the silicone case isn't easy
