Assuming that email from Steve Jobs was legit, we won't be disappointed. That might mean new features, which means more time for beta testing.

Unfortunately the fact that Jobs said that we won't be disappointed doesn't really make me think that new features will come. This could feed into the whole thoery that "Steve Jobs tells his user's what they want, not the other way around." He's telling us that we won't be disappointed, just like he's telling us that we don't need/want flash on our phone's. Even if every single feature that is going to be released has already been leaked, he would still say that we won't be disappointed.
 
Usually comes out a day or two before the iPhone release. Keynote is on 6/7. Let's say the iPhone comes out 6/18. Maybe 4.0 will be out on the 16th or 17th.

June 19th - Release of iPhone 3Gs
