Does iPhoneExplorer work with iOS 5?

I'm running iOS 5 Beta 3, and I've recently came across iPhoneExplorer. I wanted to change some ugly icons into some nice ones, but it's not working for me; the icon doesn't change... I'm sure some of you are familiar with this program, and if so, do you guys know if iPhoneExplorer works with iOS 5? Thanks
