iPod touch Does iPod 6th Gen has a built in Dictionary app ?

I know you could highlight the words and go to define to know the word.
But what I'm asking is, does it have a built in dedicated app for it ? like my MacBook Pro 2018 ?

and if it does, does it work without internet connection ?

Not as an app, but Dictionary is part of the OS. If you write the word in Spotlight, then scroll to the bottom, there's the dictionary entry. It seems to work offline, yes

What exactly are you looking for in a dictionary app? There could be something on the App Store.
