The only iPods to do so are the 7th generation Nano, and the iPod Touch line. You can however find adapters that would plug into the 3.5 jack and transmit a bluetooth signal. You may run into compatibility issues though.

The Apple Watch does support Bluetooth, but I am not sure of the compatibility. I would not recommend using an Apple watch for music, as storage is very limited, and the battery life will be poor.
