Does the apple watch have wifi, or not? Does it have 4g? Sorry, but I guess I wasn't paying close enough attention to the keynote.

It does not have a cellular data connection. It does have Bluetooth and possibly WiFi.

They left a lot of important details in the keynote, battery life, waterproofing, memory etc..

It seems likely because it has weather, etc.

It pulls that information from the iPhone that is required to be used with it via Bluetooth.

I suspect it does have wifi, wifi direct. Some of what they showed needs lots more bandwidth than just bluetooth.

Just how much more? Everything thing they showed today would work very well with Bluetooth 4.0's 24 megabit per second bandwidth, most of it under Bluetooth 2.1's bandwidth as well.
