Does iTunes 9 store movies in subfolders?

I just bought a new drive and I did the whole move iTunes library to another disk thing. It worked fine, but when I got to the "Consolidate Library" part it started with my movies (I used to have old iTunes 8 layout) and I noticed it was making a subfolder for each of my movies.

Is this normal behavior in the new iTunes 9 folder structure? Any way I can go back to having the movies at the same level of the Movies folder like in iTunes 8?
