Resolved Does iTunes have to open up....?

Does iTunes have to open up every time I insert an audio CD? I just want to open the CD in Finder. I have looked in preferences to see if I could shut this off but I can't find anything.

I hope the answer is not too obvious. Sorry if this has been covered before.

Which version of Mac OS?

EDIT: I checked on a 10.8 box. Same place (System Preferences -> CDs & DVDs)
