Does Jailbreaking void my iPhone 4's warranty?

I have heard from lots of people that it does, but others tell me it wont.

What is true.

Thanks

Technically, yes. But, if you restore using DFU mode and set it up as a new iPhone Apple can't tell. This means to them, the warranty is still intact.

if u ever need to send your phone to apple or go in apple store just make sure you restore it back , they wont service jb phones

Officially yes, it voids your warranty if you take an iPhone to :apple: w/ a jailbroken firmware... If you reinstall the official firmware before taking it to :apple: your warranty won't be voided though...;)
