The developer beta 4 of High Sierra is out today. Can anyone confirm whether Logic X Pro and GarageBand work properly? It doesn't work on beta 3 and below.

Does Logic X Pro/Garageband work on 10.13 Beta 4?

Yep! Logic Pro X 10.3.2 working for me so far. It would crash when you started a new project before, and I'm able to start one now. Same with GB.
What about when selecting an instrument from library? Thats when it crashed for me.
Yep seems to be working, I had same issue, when adding a software instrument to a project would crash the project, opens fine now.
