I just installed Mac OS Server on a fresh installed copy of Mac OS Sierra. I have the 2013 airport extreme and a mac mini 2014 i5 2.8 ghz. I noticed that that services like plex don't work outside the network by itself (before that it would connect by itself). I had to port forward the connection to work. Also my back to my mac screen sharing won't work even internally. I have to manually open screen share and put the internal ip, the same thing externally even with port forwarding. It won't work via finder. Externally file sharing won't work at all even if i port forward the ports, i get some ports that won't get open when i check via ping.eu . I've checked with my ISP and they only block port 25. Very odd. I thought the mac os server would work really well. But its been a nightmare...
Can someone enlighten me please? :(
