Does Macbook have the heat issue when on "Better Battery" mode?

I normally have my laptops connected to extrenal keyboards and monitors at home. So my question is, on the power savings mode, does the macbook generate the same amount of heat that everyone is complaining about?

My macbook doesn't have any heat issues at all, on any particular power settings. I don't mean to brag, but the people with well-behaved macbooks aren't on these forums looking for support. So i do want to just say there are definitely macbooks that make it seem apple's been selling them for longer than ~2 weeks.
