does magic mouse work on Glass??

Im getting a macbook pro 13 with wireless keyboard and mighty mouse. My desk is a regular wood desk, with about 1/4" of glass on top, will the magic mouse work without a mousepad? thanks

My glass table has nothing underneath it whereas yours has wood it seems, so it may work. It does not work on mine (clear glass). However it works on the frosted glass keyboard area my desk has.
