I have a new MBP and I set up Mail. I also have my PC with Outlook Express as my mail reader.
When I get mail from my NTL Pop email account in Mail on my MBP, I can read it and respond fine.
When I go check mail on my PC, I get the same mail that has already arrived to my MBP Mail. But if I get mail on my PC first, it is no longer available for download when I check mail on my Mac.
Does Mail not remove the emails from the servers of the ISP like Outlook Express does?
Could this result in a large buildup of emails on my ISP's servers already read but not removed and cause me problems?
Can you set Mail to remove emails downloaded to my MBP from the server?
Thanks for any advice.
