I keep shifting between OS X and Windows XP. Overall though the Mac experience wins hands down, there are a couple of keyboard shortcuts that I sorely miss from windows. I was wondering if they already existed in the mac and I didnt know.

1. While in IE, pressing ALT+D shifts the focus to the address bar for typing in the webpage address. Is there any shortcut like that in Safari?

2. While having multiple tabs in Safari, is there any way to move between them just by using key combinations?

Also, if Mac OS doesnt already have these shortcuts, is there any way for me to define my own? It would really be useful IMO.

Focus URL bar: Command-L

Command-Shift-Arrow: move between tabs
(This doesn't work if the focus is 'captured' in a textbox or say a flash game. You need to click outside that box/flash area for it to work)
