Hi,

Does Mojave erase passwords and applications?

I updated to Mojave and my iPhone was connected
to the computer. My iPhone is asking me to erase
some applications. What can I do in order
not erase applications where I have some
meaningful information stored?

Thank you, kind regards,

Sounds more like an iTunes issue. Is iTunes and your iPhone authorized and logged in to the same Apple ID? Are all your apps purchased under the same Apple ID?

Hi,

The password on the computer is the same now
to the one on the iPhone. I mean, i tried to
sign in, but I didn't remember the password.
I updated it so that it is the same as that of the
iPhone.

On the iPhone I updated Whatsapp, but as
before it is telling me that it will erase (all) the
previous chats. That is part of the meaningful
information I don't want to lose.

My iTunes' version on the computer is: 12.0.1

It's been a while since have not synced iTunes.
I am on an early 2011 13" Macbook Pro. Is there
a correct version I should have now?

Thank you, kind regards!
