Does Mojave still have built in web server?

Hello, I run a personal web server on my old High Sierra with MySql, php, phpmyadmin installed. But after I installed Majove, my web server stops functioning. I read that in Mojave, Apple do away some server functionalities. Does the final release Mojave will still have a web server? Thanks.
