Does my iPhone get shipped to me or not?

If you preorder it from apple, it say it will be shipped to you, free, on June 19th. Before, however, macrumors put up a blog post that was talking about going to the store at 7AM and getting the phones on a first come first serve basis.

Just explain please... I dont understand

you can pre-order, pay in full, and have it shipped to you OR you can reserve your iPhone at an Apple store and purchase there, which in that case is not guaranteed because they're given on a first come first serve basis with priority given to the reserved ones.
