Does new App Store work? Can't Download

When trying to get new apps. Like YouTube.
It asks me to fill out the new security questions and right away gives me a session timeout error.
Updates however work fine.
Is this a known issue?

Same here

It will let me download already purchased apps, but nothing new.

Also, on the iPad, if I go to the list of purchased apps, only icons from the first screen are showing up.

I guess it's not ready for prime moment yet.

Try completing it the purchase within iTunes to get past the security questions. The App Store is working just fine for me.

My App Store didn't work a few betas ago, but since 4 its been working fine. I'm on GM now.
