Does new AppleWatch update delete VOX measuiring

I have an Ultra 2 and see that there is an update available. If I install this update will I lose the ability to measure VOX?

Watches sold after January 18th 2024 have a slightly different model number that ends with the suffix LW/A. The model number is what triggers current software versions to block the feature that measures oxygen saturation.

(And not to pick nits, but VOX means voice operated, an oximeter measures oxygen saturation or SpO2)
