Usually I get around half of the original value if I trade in just as the new iPhone launches. This year I waited a few months and the trade in values dropped quite a bit. However I ended up selling it privately and was able to get a good amount for it.

Trade In depends on your country and region. But generally speaking, if it was in decent condition and everything is working, you should expect at least half the price for Pro Max.
