Does not show programs running on mac (Help!)

This happened after I used boot camp yesterday I think...

All the programs that are running should be shown in the dock with a 'light' right under the program icon indicating that it is.. But ever since yesterday, this does not work. The only one that IS working in the Finder, all other programs does not (even the ones already in the dock).

Any way to fix this?

I have a macbook pro 2010, and installed windows 7 via bootcamp 3.0 if it helps.
