Does only first class seats have a power outlet?

No.. Depends on which airline you fly with and which plane you are flying on. Jetblue comes to mind and Virgin as having outlets in coach on some of their flights. Same with Delta.
Depends on the airline, but generally you'll have outlets in the main cabin as well. For example all AA 737s and almost all of the Airbii have outlets at every seat.

Seatguru can show you which planes have power in which seats. Pick a flight/airline/airplane and hover over the seat and it will show what amenities are at that seat. It gets a bit tricky making sure you have selected the right version of the airplane, but in my experience it has worked well.
