Originally, with a Logitech trackball, and a Wacom graphics tablet. Both worked the same.

I just now checked with a MacBook Pro builtin trackpad, and it also worked.

Look up "Contact Us" - every site worth its salt has such a thing - and, somewhere within that, either a window will open, a sort of talk bubble with "Live Chat", or it will let you know normal stuff such as an actual (geographical) address, email address, and phone number, and often, twitter, FB, and other details.

If details about the hours live chat is available aren't given, then, email them to ask whether they have live chat or not, and if so, when it might be available, and, failing that, that you have a query that you would like to be addressed, preferably over the phone. If that it not possible, put it in writing. Or phone them.
