Considering jailbreaking my iPhone 6 with Pangu but will not proceed if the jailbreak is incompatible with Apple Pay. I would appreciate any information on this issue. Thanks.

Nope. I paid today at Walgreens after jailbreaking. I agree that the jailbreak wouldn't be worth losing Apple Pay. If it hadn't worked I'd have restored immediately.

ApplePay's security runs separately as part of the baseband (which is why it overrides anything and just works near an NFC terminal). So there's no worries in this department. Applepay is safe!!
