I don't know what you compare it to but that is standard 1.5V RAM.
Higher is 1.65 and more but I doubt there are many of those to go around for notebooks.

There is only lower voltage RAM DDR3L with 1.25/.35V. That saves about as much energy as an HDD consumes which is not a great deal much. 1.5V is standard, 1.35V is the odd thing which is not supported by older CPUs. Buying lower voltage isn't a problem either though as they simple run in 1.5V if the CPU cannot handle the lower v.

thanks ended up getting crucial 16gb ram for my MBP to run logic flawlessly.. fingers crossed
