Resolved Does Reset All Content and Settings truly clear the device?

For iPad2, does clearing the device truly clear it. Or is this like a typical delete where bits of data are still on the device and just not accessible?

I am going to be selling mine but I have used it for e-mail, online banking, and vpn so I want to make sure there is no residual data after a reset - as in zero out all the SSD storage used for user data.
