Does reset all settings also reset network settings?

So i'm about to restore a backup from my 6s to my new iPhone 7, and i know that its advised to do a reset all settings before creating the backup procedure, Does reset all settings also reset network settings(i know that reset network settings is recommended as well but if reset all settings does it too then theres not reason to do both and waste time?

It says "reset ALL...", so yes that encompasses network settings as well.
