Running out of room on my OSX startup disk, so I deleted my Bootcamp partition to use all 250gb of my hdd for OSX.

My only worry is if I'll loose any data when resizing the OSX partition. When I click "apply" a pop-up comes up saying "Partitioning this disk will change one of the partitions. No partitions will be erased". The disk utility also says "This is the startup partition. It can't be erased."

So is it safe to resize my OSX partition? It won't wipe my disk clean, will it? Using 10.7.4 btw.
