I jailbroke and unlocked my 3gs before christmas. i restored and am now running the latest software, is my phone still unlocked or did the restore relock the phone?

If it was factory unlocked, it is always unlocked.
If it was software unlocked, restoring removes both jailbreak and unlock.
The restore always relocks the phone and puts it on stock firmware.
If you're JB and software unlocked its all gone.
