Does the apple store retail sell screen protectors for iPad Pro? And can the employees also apply it for you guaranteeing no bubbles?

I don't know but I bought mine from AT&T store and they can do it for free. They are good taking care of bubbles.

I don't know that one, but if you buy a tempered glass screen protector, it's very easy to install. Much easier than the older screen protectors. You pretty much lay it on the tablet how it would be lined up, put stickers on the edge of the screen protector and tablet to create a hinge, raise the screen protector so it opened like a door, peel off the side that covers the adhesive side and lay it right on.

Very hard to get any bubbles and they're all gone within 20 minutes.

New generation iPads have very good AR coating. Putting a protector film on the screen would increase the reflectivity and render the AR coating ineffective. I don't think I'd like that.
