Does Safari come with a "cookie whitelist" option?

(Mac newbie here) Is Safari supposed to come with the option to make a whitelist for the sites you want to allow cookies from? My version (6.0.5) doesn't, and I was wondering if I got a defective copy, or if Apple omitted a feature that every other browser has? Thanks in advance.
