Does SAFARI freeze up after you watch a video online?

I was watching a video online for like 40 mins and after i X out of that screen and go to another safari window, or if i try to type a new link, when i press Enter, it starts loading for a long time and i end up Force Quitting because it doesnt end up load. Does this happen to anyone else? It always happens after i watch a video only...i end up force quitting

i have a macbook.

I am assuming you are using Flash to watch videos. Make sure you have the latest version installed.
