Hi everyone! This is my first post on this website, so if I'm doing something wrong while posting this here, please tell me in the comments. To the problem: I am editing a 45 minute video for a friend of mine, and he sent me it over Skype. It eventually downloaded, and The full 45 minutes could be fully watched, without any interruptions. Then, I updated my version of Screenflow to Screenflow 5, and then imported the video into a blank document. From then, only the first 2:10 seconds of the video were actually watchable, and the rest of the 42:50 minutes were just complete darkness, with no sound/video playing. Now, even in Quicktime, the first ~2 minutes of the video play, and the rest of the video gets stuck. I then asked him to upload it to Dropbox, and it still did the very same problem that it has been doing. I tried shutting down then booting up my computer, restarting it, and even scanned for viruses and adware that may have interfered with the problem. If anyone has any possible tips that could help me solve this, that would be very much appreciated. Thanks!
