iPhone XR Does setting a new phone from backup transfer voicemails?

Hi, I’m going to get a new phone. I backed through iCloud my old iPhone. Once restoring the new phone from the iCloud backup will the voicemails I currently have transferred?

Voicemails reside with the carrier, unless you have a app that voicemails are forwarded to and reside in.

I backup with iTunes and voicemails transfer over. I’m pretty sure it’s the same way with iCloud backup.

It doesn’t say it’s not included on apple’s site.
