Does Siri Backup?

Was curious what happens if you use Siri a lot and then get a new iPhone for whatever reason. Does it have to relearn everything or is that part of the backup process.

It hasn't been stated but I can only imagine that, just like the custom dictionary, Siri will also be a part of the backups
