Does Siri still show up in battery usage?

Even when not used? I’m currently on iOS 11 and......

I haven’t used Siri on either of my devices for several days now but it still shows up as using like 7% in the past 24 hours. The only thing that seems to stop this is disabling a Siri via restrictions, but I’d rather not do that.

Anyone see this happen in iOS 12?

It doesn't really seem like it does that for many (if not most) in iOS 11.
