This will be my first iPhone purchase...very excited. Any suggestions on size of memory I need?

Did find that they quickly ran out of room with other models?

Oh, the storage size on your phone? I guess it matters, depending on how much audio/video/apps/photos you plan on keeping on your phone at any given time.

It doesn't impact the performance of the phone in any way.

I currently have a 3GS 32GB and am wondering about which size to go for on with the 4S, currently i am using about 13GB, however i am guessing the 1080p recordings are going to use a lot more storage than my existing recordings.

I think the 16GB will be to small for most and the 64GB to big for me so i will probably go for 32GB.
