Does SL have read/write NTFS feature?

I thought SL offered feature like Macfuse where I am able to read and write NTFS (Windows) format drives.... testing on my MacBook and I am only able to read.. Am I wrong on this?

I haven't research it, but all I know is to be able to *write* NTFS drives you need to install MacFuse or NTFS-3G.

No. I think it may have been speculated about in very early builds but thats all.

Maybe you mistook the new feature in Boot Camp 3.0 that allows Windows to read and write to HFS+ drives?
