Apple store takes them in as well. I got 105 for a iPhone 5 and my wife got 150 for an iPhone 5, her's was in much better shape then mine.

What if you drop your phone on the way to the store to trade it in? What if you stop short in your car on the drive over and it hits the floor and cracks? A million things could happen in either situation. Thousands of people buy and sell on Swappa without incident, I personally have sold 4 phones without a problem on there.

$140 for a 5S? That seems awfully low- that's a last gen phone! A little over a year ago you couldn't even find a gold 5S, they were in such short supply!
