Does the 13" rMBP run hot and laggy?

How does it handle web browsing sites like CNN and when you have a few other tabs open?

I don't know about others, but mine works very well. Only time it runs hot is while playing games under bootcamp ( which is normal ) or while watching some Full HD movies ( better said, it gets "warm" then )... still, even so I find it running significantly cooler than my late 2011 15" cMBP. By the way, I use the notebook 99% of the time on my lap.

No problems with mine with heat or lag. I can leave it on my lap, and it never gets too hot. Haven't seen lag either.
