Does the 512 GB rMB have a faster SSD than the 256GB?

I've been trying to look this up but haven't found much. I've heard it mentioned in some threads but I wanted to confirm to be sure. Are there any benchmarks/etc. that show this?

667 MB/s vs 852 MB/s write speed. Reading speeds seems to be equal.
