At 12:05 in MobileTechReview’s video she says that swapping to the 67W adapter makes it just come with a USB-C cable instead of MagSafe. I can’t find any info on the order page about this. Is it true? I don’t see why it would since the MBP charges through MagSafe at that rating just fine…

the end of the magsafe cable that connects to the power adapter is usb c, so yes, the 67W comes with magsafe (all the power adapters have usb c ports for the air)...

Yikes, I hadn't concerned the possibility that it might not. It would be great if someone can confirm receiving it.

Phrasing of the video + her response to my comment asking for clarification confirms that she thinks it’s USB-C to USB-C on the 67w and not USB-C to MagSafe. Whether that’s true is a different issue entirely.

Yeah, it would be great to hear confirmation about that. Is it said somewhere that MBA M2 actually supports Magsafe up to 67W?

As far as I can find, no.

I wouldn't stress, this is from the apple website regarding the 30 min fast charge using 67W charger:

Testing conducted by Apple in May 2022 using pre-production MacBook Air systems with Apple M2, 8-core CPU, 8-core GPU, 8GB of RAM and 256GB SSD. MacBook Air systems tested with Apple 67W USB-C Power Adapter (Model A2518) and USB-C to MagSafe 3 Cable (Model A2363). Fast-charge testing conducted with drained MacBook Air units. Charge time varies with settings and environmental factors; actual results will vary.

Color matched USB-C to MagSafe 3 is standard and included in the box in all models - see "In the Box"

M2 MBA comes with 30W USB-C or 35W dual USB-C with the option to configure to order 67W USB-C power adapter.

TL;DR USB-C to MagSafe 3 cable comes in the box for whichever power adapter is included or optioned.
