This is obviously related to what people have used in the past since no one knows for sure with the 7 yet, but I'd like to know how well the cases protect the lens. I have a Spigen case on my Galaxy S5 which stands off just a tad higher than the highest point of the lens, and I've never seen a single scratch in 2.5 years of use, which I love. I can slide the phone around on its back and never worry that the lens will be permanently damaged.
My Galaxy S3 had its lens scratched within a month, which is what prompted me to start finding cases with extra stand-off around the lens. Anyway, do Apple's own cases provide this, or do they simply hope that you'll not slide your phone around on its back? How do the lenses stand up these days?
